Should I sell my property for cash or list it in wait for the quick selling to a qualified buyer? Though, it is true that I might get benefitted by waiting for a traditional buyer along with applying and approving a mortgage loan. But there is no assurance that any buyer will get a loan for closing their purchase deal with me. This is the risk that I am not interested in taking right now. In a way, the Coronavirus pandemic has almost erased a year from our lives and for some of us had a devastating financial impact on our lives.
